Nice pools and beach access, but the room was quite small.

Brand-new unit with other couch, a terrace which is beautiful, good bed.

Clean bathroom and big room.

Awesome Family Fun!

We had a blast with the boys! The aqua park was super fun. They never wanted to leave. The poolside snack bar was a lifesaver with tasty bites in between. Only thing was, the staff's English was a bit limited, made some things tricky. Still, can't wait to come back!

Great hotel, very green area. The staff is friendly. Big beach, plenty of room for everyone. Also swimming pools on site, always free loungers. Nice water park. I enjoyed it very much.

Asked for a quiet room, but they gave me the one overlooking the water park.

The pools were lekker with different vibes! Plus, the aqua park was a hit with the kids-couldn't pull them away from those slides! Eina, the room was cozy but comfy enough for chillin' after adventures.

But the evenings were a bit on the quiet side, could've done with more entertainment options, you know?

Food was very tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the staff is totaly busy. Beach and sea are simply great.

The big shortcoming was the hygiene in the public toilets and the cleaning service in the room. The carpet in the room and the carpet in the corridors are worn out. They should be cleaned or replaced.

The air conditioning was ineffective, yet the slides were enjoyable.

very bad meal/restaurant service: food is bad and repetitive, table sheets dirty, service very bad; a la carte restaurant under any expectation, only one free access for 1 a la carte restaurant even if there are 4-5 diferent cuisines; I was trying to celebrate my birthday and made the reservartion for a a carte restaurant, they promised that they will prepare something special and send me a letter in the room, bla bla, but surprise: when I arrived to the restaurant nobody knows about that, they were very confused and embaressed...patethic...a total fiasco...their restaurant service is extremely poor

The service speed was lacking, leading to long wait times, and some dining options did not meet expectations, particularly at the 24-hour bistro. Room comfort was inconsistent, with a lack of proper coffee machines affecting the overall vibe.

Good food, excellent facilities like pool, beach, bar, restaurants etc. You must like however this kind of system where everything is included.

The staff at the reception is not so friendly and speak very little english. They did not really try hard to help me with my questions. My room was not clean enough. I've put a complaint and had no reaction at all from the manager.

Excellent place for relaxing,excellent location and design,good food and beverages,lovely outdoor pool,I recomend this hotel to you if you want a great holiday
